It all went very smoothly and quickly. The people at Roanoke are thoughtful, pleasant, friendly and professional. I really enjoy doing business with them!

I was able to make an appointment and everything was done in a timely fashion. I felt like he was honest and I felt like my car was well taken care of. It was my first time using them and I wanted to switch from someone who I was not happy with and I felt like they were not being honest. The price wasn't too cheap but it was value.

great service, vehicle was ready when promised, owner very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first visit. I'm planning to use this shop for all general car repair and maintenance needs. By the way, it's about 3 blocks from a train station which makes itr convenient to drop your car off in the morning and head to work.

I would put their prices in the reasonable to low range. I've used them for years and I've never had a problem. They are honest, reliable and they do good work. They are punctual. When I take my car in in the morning, it is always ready to pick up by five o'clock. I've never had a circumstance where it wasn't ready.

We used them for the (3) years we lived in the area and they were always very honest and never tried to perform any uneccasry work. On one occaison, they made a repair that did not work and they refunded the cost. They are very honest folks and upfront with their prices. There are no hidden charges or up-selling along the way.

Over several years, we have used Roanoke as our go-to auto service shop.They have done good work for us. When a particular repair was not within the scope of their expertise (air conditioning), they let us know in advance and and referred us to another shop. They offered to take our car there and back as well as a convenience for us. I will be taking my cars back when they need more service.
The shop is convenient to the bus on Germantown Ave and the Chestnut Hill East and West trains, allowing me to easily drop off/pick up the car and travel to my job downtown.

Everything done on time and well done.

They are really reliable. They always tell you how much it is going to be. They always look and see if things are under warranty. They will try to recycle a part, or find a part cheaper to save you money. They seem to be very good.
