Everything went very well. Although he had to replace several parts on my car, he charges much less than everyone else.

Rick's Garage is awesome! We have been dealing with Rick for the past few years and are extremely happy with him. I feel that he is trustworthy and I never have to second guess what his diagnosis is.

They are quick, extremely fairly priced and easy to talk to. They even called and put gas in the car when they realized my wife left it on empty and they had to test drive it after clearing the trouble code.

He did an inspection in July 2010. He did inspection for emissions. He also did just about a $100 worth of repairs on the car. I would use his services again in the future.

They took a look at the car right away. Knew exactly what to do. 15 minutes later it was as good as new

Rick accommodated the big job within a very short amount of time and despite being down one employee for the day. As this car is our only mode of transportation Rick was nice enough to drop my back off at my house while the work was being done (we live close to the shop). There was a problem with the brand new part they ordered and put in. Unfortunately they had to completely disassemble and reassemble the car a second time in order to replace the faulty water pump. Rick picked me back up the next day and took me to the shop (it would have been done in one day if not for the bad part ordered). The price was reasonable considering the amount of work... I will continue to use them for work we are unwilling to do ourselves.

My experience with them was great. They fixed it in a day and were much cheaper then I expected. They also glued the interior pieces for free. I will use this garage from now on.

It went really well. I took it in the morning. It didn't take very long, only an hour. It also wasn't very expensive. It is a really small shop its a one-on-one type of thing. It was really no problem.

Actually I had read about them online and they were exactly what I expected. He looked at the car and put antifreeze in it right away. He then scheduled me to come in on Monday. On that day, I dropped off the car and I met the owner. Public transportation was readily available, so I was able to get back home. When I returned, he said to watch the vehicle, and that with the repair, it might need to be replaced and have it checked at the next oil change. My experience mirrored the website statement.

I was glad I brought it in to them. They did a thorough job of inspecting my vehicle and when they found the tail light system out, they fixed it without a problem.

I love these guys. I've been taking my car here for five years now and I think the price of an oil change went up maybe 50 cents in that time. What a great group of mechanics, THEY'RE HONEST! I usually go on the weekend so I don't see the main guys who handle the really major problems, but Danny and Mike take care of me every time. They're like a couple of surrogate dads who always want to make sure I'm driving a safe car. When I've gone in with "um, something is squeaking but I don't know what" they've spent time checking it out to find that it's nothing, just something needing tightening (which they then do) and I walk away with no extra charge except the oil change I came in with. I've taken the car in for major repairs during the week and dealt with Rick directly, he's just great. He'll tell you what you need to take care of first, what will last you another six months, what to keep an eye out for, etc. With a '95, there's a lot you could trump up for extra cash but they never do.
