Richard Burns is complicit with Global Waste in demanding huge additional payments for disposing of dirt that contains roots and small stones. The problem being that any dirt will contain these items. Richard Burns apparently has some technical specifications on how many roots and stones are permitted but you won't find out until its too late and they are demanding payment. They don't offer you any alternatives to paying whatever they demand. Avoid using this unscrupulous company at all costs.
