Initially, Revere came out quickly and left me a business card of theirs in my door with no estimate info. I called them, they gave me only a partial estimate, I stated I wanted the entire slate roof replaced and they said they would come back out. They did not call or show up. I called them back again and they said they would come back out, they did not show up or call. I do not recommend this company, they are obviously not interested in homeowners like me.

THE SERVICE WORKED OUT WELL. THEY WERE ON TIME. ACTUALLY, THEY CAME AND I WAS OUT WALKING. THEY STARTED THE JOB AND WERE WORKING WHEN I GOT BACK. THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THAT THEY SAID IF THEY FINISHED BEFORE I GOT BACK, THEY WOULD COME BACK LATER TO GET PAYMENT. THEY DO WHATEVER IS HELPFUL FOR THE CUSTOMER. THEY ALSO DID WORK FOR MY NEIGHBORS.

THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THE WORKERS WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.
