Carol guided us through the process effortlessly and provided the best service possible. We looked at many homes that fit our criteria, but Carol was very patient and gave us honest advice on whether or not the home was worth the price. She also helped us get a mortgage with a special first time buyer grant. I will definitely refer her to anyone I know who wants to buy or sell a house. Carol sold our home in one week after our previous realtor failed at selling it. She aggressively marketed our property and had many buyers look at our home in the week that it was listed for sale. She also helped us find a home and was always available to show us properties, sent property listings from the multiple listing and really listened to our needs and wants. We found a house right away. She has a very strong professional attitude and is a good listener. Would definitely recommend her to all of my friends!
