Not very good. After installation the carpets were vacuumed and in doing so, an exposed thread was pulled out of the carpet leaving an obvious line (tare) in he carpet. We felt this was due to a fault in the carpet. A carpet representative came and agreed. We contacted Reliable and they assured us it would be taken care. Here we are, 4 months later, nothing has been done.
