Very easy process. Work was done quickly.

It went very well. The car had been backfiring and losing power on acceleration. They found two things wrong, and told me that one of them (a lax fuel pump) could actually wait if I didn't want to do both repairs at once. The latter item affects gasoline mileage but not performance. So I will do the fuel pump replacement at a future appointment with them.

The car was dropped off at 10AM and I received a call 2 hours later with a total and a pick up time. It was very fair price and efficient.

During the state inspection, it was suggested to replace lower ball joints.

Everything was fine; they did exactly what we wanted them to do and checked with us before doing work that we had not discussed. They were sympathetic to our budget and made some compromises over the work based on our budget priorities. Their location is convenient to my house. I wish they were open on weekends but it seems like no mechanic is in Philadelphia.

I felt the garage was very punctual and professional, but I know that I was overcharged for the job on my domestic vehicle.

He has taken care of my cars at lease once or twice a year, every year since their warranty ran out.

When I called for an appointment, I was given one at the time and day that I requested. I was met by the very courteous, professional owner. I explained that there was a noise that I was hearing when I went over bumps in the road, but the main reason for my needing service was the state inspection and oil change. The owner called me when my car was ready. I was told that I needed brakes soon, but my car would pass the inspection. After driving the car, they did not hear the "noise." that I was talking about. I decided not to have the brakes done. I left pleased with the prompt courteous service that I was given and promised to come back for the brake work.. They gave me a nice calendar for my refrigerator.

Porsches, especially old ones, aren't easy to work on. Reds and Sons did a terrific job. All repairs were done perfectly and on time. Gus stayed in touch by phone to keep me posted on what was happening as he and Greg worked though the repairs. It's clear that they have a lot of experience with cars, especially European cars. They know a lot. They didn't repair anything that didn't need repairing. I had a lot of work done on the car, so the total bill came in at $4,000, but this was a car that had lots of problems. Each of the tasks completed was done at a reasonable price so I was satisfied. The car drives beautifully. The Center City location (N. 13th Street at Callowhill) is very convenient to people living in the city. I'll continue to take my car to Reds. Have been using this garage for nearly 20 years. They are honest, reliable and do great work. This was no exception.

Good outfit for foreign car repairs. I have a Porsche Boxster.

They had done the work on time, and were good. Nothing they did had really stuck out.

The car has been running well since. It has stopped making an air-intake noise it made before, so whatever they did worked (so far, at least, it's been about two months).

THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX THE LIGHT. THEY DID TELL ME THAT THERE WERE OTHER THINGS WRONG THAT TOTALED $1600 AND THEN WHEN I GOT THE CAR BACK, IT WAS WORSE!

SERVICE WAS PERFORMED IN WORKMANLIKE MANNER. REDS HAS ALSO PROVIDED SERVICE ON OUR OTHER CAR WITH THE SAME QUALITY OF WORK, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND ON-TIME COMPLETION.
