After going back and forth for two months of waiting to fix a window crank and door pump, the repairs that was paid for in full still remains unfinished. Contractor stopped responding to our request to complete the repairs he started. PART 2 4/19/2021 We also have a copy of the invoice, which list the crank we paid for and the hydraulic pump, which both are still broken. Yes, you did put a piece of hard plastic on our window lock. We are not here to make you look bad or to go back and forth. We just want the services paid for rendered. Home Advisors' reconciliation department is now involve and has scheduled date to with you to complete the unfinished work. We will revisit this review then. Let's work together in good-character and with intergerty.

We sold our house and a few days before closing, some idiot broke a living room window. It needed to be repaired ASAP. I posted my job and Manny responded. He came to the house on a Sunday afternoon, measured and emailed me an estimate the next morning. His price was fair and he said he could have the window in by Wednesday (closing was Thursday). When installing the window, Manny ran into a problem. He went ahead and got what he needed to complete the job and was back at the house at 6AM Thursday morning, just hours before the buyer's final walk through. The buyer never noticed. It was a great job. Manny is professional, his company does what it takes to make the job right and the customer happy. I recommend "A Pane in My Glass" without reservation. Manny did a good job, charged same amount as estimate, polite and professional. I wish job could have been done sooner, but my understanding was part ok backorder. Overall a positive experience and would recommend to someone who needs a glass repair/replacement.
