Deck Maintenance
Mr. Rogers took a personal check for 1/2 payment of the job before he would begin. The person he assigned to powerwash the deck was not a professional and did serious damage to the wooden deck during the powerwash process. I spoke to Mr. Rogers about my concerns and requested to cancel our contract for further work. I requested a refund of 1/3 of the amount paid. Mr Rogers verbally consented to return that amount. He has not returned any payment as partial refund. Mr. Rogers was incompetant and deceitful. He should not be referred to any of your customers.
