After delivery, I noticed that the cushions were softer than those on the floor model. The manufacturer must not have made the sectional to specs. I wrote to the Raymour and Flanigan's corporate headquarters to and quot;complainand quot; about the comfort. Within a few days I got a call from them. They informed me that they would pick up the sectional and give me store credit. Ken Floyd, the General Manager at the Roosevelt Blvd store, was extremely helpful. He helped me select another sectional which is fantastic and comfortable. This is my second dealing with Raymour and Flanigan and I will continue to deal with them for all my future furniture needs.

Mattresses
I HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THEIR MATTRESSES, BUT THEIR SERVICE HAS BEEN GOOD. THEY'VE BEEN VERY WILLING TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS AND ARE GOING TO GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH 3 BRAND NEW MATTRESSES IN A 9 MONTH PERIOD, THROUGH REGULAR USE, AND I'M A SMALL 160 POUND WOMAN. THEY'VE BEEN PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH IN RESOLVING THE ISSUE.
