Can't say enough good things about Shawn and his crew. Shawn was very responsive when interacting with him prior to hiring. We had an old blower style gas heater that we wanted to move across the room between our sump pump and HVAC. Shawn was able to recommend a more energy efficient Aeroterm style unit and figured out a way to fit a 50gallon unit (rather than downsizing as I had planned) into a very tight space. When spending money on a big job around the house, it's rare that you actually feel like you got your money's worth. After seeing all of the care, attention to detail, and quality workmanship that Shawn put in, I am so glad that I hired Rare Heating and Air for the job. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future should ever have any other needs. A+
