I have used R. C Labbe since 1995 on this home and two previous ones. He is extremely reliable, does great work and always responds back to your call within a reasonable time. I trust his work, whether it be air conditioning, heating, or hot water heater all of which he has replaced at different times and houses over the years.

He arrived the next morning, hours before he was scheduled. He had it repaired in about 10 minutes...it was just a screw problem! We felt he was very honest with his diagnosis. We had dealt with him over the years & was always happy with his service.

I have been using this provider since approximately 1995. He removed a very old system and installed a complete HVAC system and modified duct work. He has performed maintenence every year as promised. He also responded twice in the middle of the night for emergency repairs, and was on location within 2 hours. He had the parts available on his truck and made the repairs immediately. He even followed up to ensure everything was good, and I was happy. He has also installed a hot water heater for me in the past, and did an outstanding job! He is always prompt, has all of the necessary parts and tools needed to complete the job. He completes the job in a timely manner, at a reasonable price, and always cleans up afterwards. I would 100% recommend this contractor ........ without hesitation!

WORK WAS PERFORMED AS DESCRIBED. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE HEATER AND AC. RICHARD WAS VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. WE RECEIVED 3 ESTIMATES. HIS WAS FAIR FOR EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES RECEIVED. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.
