The skunk wasn't there to be removed anymore since a cat with kittens had chased it away. My neighbor had told him this, but he still charged me and did not tell me he spoke with my neighbor. He dropped off a cage with jelly bread to try to capture it, knowing the skunk wasn't there, and charged me $185. I gave him the check since I did not know the skunk was already gone. When I realized the skunk was already gone and I did not need his services, he told me to wait two weeks for a refund. He said I would only get $90 back since there was a charge to bring out the trap. The check bounced, and three days later I got a report from the bank that he had stopped payments. I just want my money back and feel I deserve a full refund. There was a $20 charge from the bank for a stopped payment.  My total loss was $205.

"The member called me and told me she needed a skunk removed. I told her it was $185 including to come out and set up the cage. If we did not catch the skunk then I would give her a refund check of $90. I gave her the refund check as promised. I never heard from my bank that the check bounced so she received the $90 that she was refunded."
