Furniture not assembled
Randomly placed items even after instructed how and where. See pictures. (One desk was completely destroyed)

Professional moving services DO NOT WRAP WOOD IN PLASTIC WRAP! They wrap in durable materials (like cardboard) and use blankets with the plastic wrap. Also, in humid hot conditions plastic wrap can cause damage to the certain surfaces. but these guys are supposed to be professionals right? Wrong! They used plastic over wood and nothing else. I had to ask them to use blankets and found out they only brought enough for a few pieces of furniture.
I moved the boxes and over half of the items myself through out the week so the only thing they had to move was furniture. With the same amount of items including boxes we moved from Louisville, KY to Cincinnati, OH both loading and unloading in 10 hours. It took this crew 10 hours and 2 trips 10 hours and 2 trips! They also overcharged us over the original quoted hourly rate provided by George H.. I've called them 4 times now to discuss but no calls returned. I will be reporting to the BBB.
