Property Management
I moved into a unit Northern Liberties in August 2014. My experience thus far has been a nightmare. The units are gorgeous and the 2 car parking is very nice. However, I believe that they rushed tenants into the units before ensuring that the construction was sound. I have had numerous problems with water leaks, gas leak, drainage issues, etc. PAX management is slow to respond to repairs, but they never seem to have a problems collecting rent. Please don't be fooled by their "luxury" units. Rent is high and the upkeep is less than stellar. I cannot wait to move out of this unit.
