In-depth home inspections for buyers, sellers and existing home owners (maintenance inspections). Thermal/infrared camera scan is included with a home inspection. Excellent reports are provided using Spectora software (spectora.com). Walk-through consultations and thermal/infrared imaging scans are also available as a separate service. While the typical business model for home inspectors is to do two (and sometimes three!) home inspections in a day, that is not my business model/approach to providing the highest quality inspection that I can provide. I only do ONE inspection in ONE day so as not to rush for any upcoming appointments, and to focus solely on the home that you, your family and friends may be spending countless hours inhabiting. Wood-destroying insect inspections and radon testing can be easily added when you schedule a home inspection. These added services will be provided by Boro Extermination Company, who's been in business for 40 years.

Services we don't offer

Mold testing, asbestos testing, lead testing, water quality testing, sewer scope inspection, chimney interior inspection, stucco/EIFS specialist inspection.
