This was a terrible experience. After repeated attempts to contact this contractor and get resolution, a report was sent to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office of Contractor Consumer Affairs and they sent a letter Dwayne Yost. He refused to respond. The only recourse would be filt suit which would cost even more money. Dwayne Yost was reported to the Internal Revenue Service for investigation since a 1099-M form for the $8,000 was not prepared for the uncompleted job. He is currently under investigation for this unreported income as well as other consumer rip-offs.
