Philadelphia Quality Roofing

I had a highly disappointing experience with Philadelphia Quality roofing. They initially provided a much lower quote for my roof replacement but significantly increased the price after removing my old roof, leaving me with no viable option but to pay the higher cost. The project was also promised to be completed in five days, yet it was repeatedly delayed with little communication or accountability. Beyond the poor service, I have experienced ongoing harassment from this company for nearly a year through persistent phone calls and emails. Additionally, they have made unprofessional comments about my situation to others in the community and even threatened to place a lien on my home. This level of dishonesty and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that homeowners seek a more reputable and transparent roofing company.

Philadelphia Quality Roofing went above and beyond my expectations. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. I was highly impressed with how they miraculously cleaned up every single piece of the old roofing material! They were also very careful to protect my lawn furniture and decor. I immediately received several compliments from my neighbors who noticed the wonderful job done by Philadelphia Quality Roofing! I couldn’t be any happier with the service and highly recommend this company.

Eric came to estimate our project within one day of being contacted. His use of aerial drone to review conditions and quantities of materials required was a big help, and he provided multiple options relative to scope and pricing for our consideration. Once able to start work (weather did not initially cooperate), PQR's crews were very efficient, orderly and careful to clean up all debris at the end of work day. We are very pleased with the final work and will keep them in mind for all future roofing needs. Excellent, well-run company.

These men were at my home before 8am.  There were three of them.  They notified me of their arrival and immediately went to work.  what was outstanding to me was their professionalism, their focus and tenacity as they worked diligently.  The entire project was completed by 1:00pm.  It was amazing.  Several of my neighbors came over admiring the quality of the work done.  People have already begun to request their information.  I highly recommend this company.  I personally will be calling them again for additional work I want done to my home.  They were excellent!
