Horrible. He charged me $50 addl just to increase the sensitivity n the garage door opener > A service that was part of the original service . Rip off!

He did a very good job and gave me a break on price.

My service tech Saeed did a great job. They contacted me almost immediately after I bought the deal, they were willing to come out on the weekend and they got the work done quickly and professionally. I had to purchase additional services beyond what I paid for on Angie's list but that was my fault, not theirs. The additional services were very reasonable and they provided a discount. I would definitely use them again.

Making the initial connection was slow - they were calling my home number instead of my cell phone number. The technician was very late for the scheduled appointment time. The "tune up" consisted largely of spraying WD-40 on all moving parts. Then came the "diagnosis" of items needing repair - primarily replacing rollers/pulleys. The total cost of repairs came to $250 (after I negotiated the price down), which included the suggested repairs and replacement of the rubber bumpers. One of my garage doors still does not close properly (at the time of service, the technician made no attempt to adjust for that.

It went fine. They didn't realize that it's a newer door so they didn't have to do much. He explained things to me and it was fine. I watched all the points that he oiled so I can do that myself now. I would refer them to someone based on this.

It went ok however the 29 dollar come on was just that. It cost me almost 300 dollars to replace springs and pulleys. I would not use them again

It was a pleasant experience, Said was very pleasant, proficient and accommodating and went extra mile to help us. During his visit, he also pointed out other things needed to be done and took care of them. I will consider him for future needs and recommend him to my friends.

It went great. The service was prompt and swift. Instead of getting a brand new garage door, which would be much more expensive, the technician suggested a cost-effective way to fix our garage door.

Overcharged me. Quick service after I was talked into a $650 service.

Did not do 21point check, weights and balancing, lubricating all moving parts and opener, tightening hinges and making minor adjustments. They just sprayed WD 40 on 2 wheels and nothing else was done. and threw the can in the garage.

Its working perfectly. However for $200 more dollars I could have got a brand new door.

Sam came out the same day I contacted them. I had a problem with my
garage door opening randomly.  Sam diagnosed the issue, replaced the
garage door opener, added safety features to my existing garage door and
lubricated everything!  All in all, I'm very happy with the company's
responsiveness, professionalism and quality of their work.  Thank You!

Philadelphia Garage Doors was the only company to offer me a free estimate and same day service. The repair man was very knowledgeable about garage doors and very professional. I was very pleased with  my experience. Should I need service in the future, I will not hesitate to call them or refer them to my friends and family.

This was a $44 garage door tuneup special. The tech, Saeed, was very friendly, courteous, punctual and professional. In addition to the $44 tuneup fee an additional fee of $45 was needed to replace two wheels with bad bearings.
