good plumbers, polite and punctual. but not good for making what they did look good. i will be taking pictures to show what i mean i really hate to be so negative, but this is costing me money i can't really afford, and now i have to try to get the mess they did redone.

Called Ronald the previous day and played a little phone tag. When we spoke, he asked when I wanted to have the drain cleaned and I mentioned I would be home after 3:30pm -- so he said they would arrive between 3:30 and 5:30. I did inquire about the cost to clean a drain and he said he didn't have the rate sheet which I found annoying because that is something I needed to know upfront -- and the issue I anticipated did happen: They were charging me $220 when I paid someone else $185 previously.
Anyway, Ronald called at 5:15pm to tell me they were on the way and they showed up at 5:30pm. The guys were absolutely professional and nice which made up for the fact that I waited 2 hours. I explained the situation, showed them the symptoms and asked about rates: $220 to clean the drain or $275 to clean it and treat (a monthly treatment to pour into the drain) -- both with a 6-month warranty. So, while I paid more the 6-month warranty was worth the additional money.
Drain was cleaned and they showed me the water flowing without obstruction... very happy with the guys!
