Professional communication almost immediately after initial contact. Was on time and had all necessary equipment on his truck. Had to unexpectedly install a junction box. Did so with little difficulty. He was very patient with his work. And was very clean. Truly great service for a great value.

I needed to replace a fan light fixture with a regular light fixture.  When I took the fixture down, I was unable to reconnect the wires properly, leaving the outlets, light and hallway light without power.  I contacted Mr. Blige through Angie's list to request a quote.  He replied on the weekend, within 24 hours with an estimate.  We scheduled according to my convenience (within 2 days).  Mr. Blige is very nice, punctual and professional.  He had the work completed quickly.  I would absolutely use him again and will be referring his services in the future.

Purcell Bilge was very responsive, he came within 1 hour of my call when one of the smoke detectors was intermittently emitting n alarm for no reason. After inspection and disabling all 3 smoke detectors he let me know that he would be back in 2 days to replace the alarms. He arrived on time and within 30 minutes he had replaced all of the smoke detectors.

He is a kind and efficient professional who is attentive to the customer's needs and concerns.

I contacted Purcell based on Angie's list.  He asked if I wanted an estimate. Based on the reviews, I was confident enough to have him do the work and then give me a bill.   Purcell arrived on time with his young teenage son (helper) who had completed school for the summer. I showed him what I wanted done. He readily understood and went right to work. He was courteous and caring as to neatness. He had all the required tools and material with him so there were no delays. He gave me the 5% discount as advertised.

Mr. Blige was professional.  He performed the installations in a timely manner. He is reasonably priced.
Mr. Blige  will perform other projects for us in the near future.

He was not very friendly and I wasn't a fan of his service. He was frustrated with my request and he didn't split the light switch and left a whole in my wall that I had to get patched. I will also need to hire someone to fix the work he did.
