Went we'll. they were professional and helpful. And most importantly got my car up and running.

Pep Boys could diagnose, but wasn't comfortable fixing, the issue- they didn't bill me due to their decision not to do work, despite the inspection costing 14.99$ normally.

With coupons, work came to $260 ... vs, $681 quoted by Infiniti dealer. Have only driven a few blocks so far, but front end oscillation is gone. Will update if any problems occur.

Brought car in by 9:30 ... was ready an hour later.

Made an appointment, took the car in, and they kept it for 4 days. Generally, they were good, but kept calling my home phone rather than cell, so it took a long time to communicate. One day extra delay due to the specialist in oxygen sensor was ill. In the end, work was done well and car now runs perfectly.

This is a very good company for people in a hurry and I do believe their mechanics are among the best. I trust them.

Their service is top notch in the automotive service department. They quickly did the paperwork, gave me an estimate of when it would be ready for pick up, called me when it was done, and finished early! They also checked the tire pressure because the tire pressure light was on and they filled the tires with air. As far as the parts department is concerned, they are disorganized and not the most knowledgeable about the parts they carry. They also refused to take a return with a receipt, even for store credit, because it was over 60 days. But the return policy is not clearly stated in the store or on the receipt. I eventually found it by moving some stuff that was covering it up at the register.
