Payless Roofing

Terrible, Not Professional, Irresponsible! I wouldn't recommend this roofing to anyone in Philadelphia. Because of people like this in our area - economy is bad. They don't have their own site. They don't have their own phone number. I bet they don't have tools and material to do any work either. They are no-where to be found on Google. They don't care about phone calls. Nick picks up a phone when he is on someone else's roof which is placing everyone at risk, I am assuming. Besides being irresponsible, careless and disorganized - they are rude! Worst roofing company you will find.
Nick at Payless Roofing contacted us recently, wasted out time, was not polite, rude, not professional, scheduled a day for us to come to his location and never confirmed it and never arrived. Completely forgot. Irresponsible, terrible, not polite, hanged up on my recent call back to him. If their owners treat like that people out there - they will treat their customers in the same manner!

During this most resent snow storm the owner contacted me to make sure the roof was fine and to let me know if anything were needed to not hesitate to call him anytime of the day.
I would definitely use this company again and have in fact referred them to a few friends of mine who also were very pleased with the work performed.
