It went well in the beginning until the behaviors became loose . I tried for a year to get them to come out and repair them . When I told them the papers were dangerously loose and if they did not repair them I would have to find another company. Each time I contacted them they said they stood by their work and they would come out and repair them but they never did. I had another company come out and make the repairs. He asked them to reimburse us the cost of the repairs and they said they would reimburse us 50% of the cost . They never did . They went so far as to say they sent us the money never having any intention to do so . They do not stand by their work and I will never use them again .

Pavescapers took care of my lawn maintenance for several years, Mark is the business owner and I was one of his first customers. This year Mark showed up twice to cut my lawn, but that was only after I called him to make sure he was still going to cut my lawn. After the first two cuts he never showed up again. Secondly, last season I asked him to redo a retaining wall for me and instead of scheduling me a few months out or for the next season he said he was just way to busy and couldn't do it. With that being said I watched him do several hardscaping jobs in my neighborhood, I guess my $ just wasn't good enough. At this point it was obvious that Mark really didn't want to take care of the customers that got him to where he was and was only interested in new business! But I'm a loyal person so I made several attempts to contact him and even left a message stating that if he no longer was cutting lawns to please just let me know. He never returned any of my calls. It took another landscaper in the neighborhood to tell me that Mark was no longer doing lawn maintenance. And I have to say even when he was taking care of my lawn on a regular basis he did just an ok job he showed up when he felt like it and there was no real schedul. As a business owner to not alert longtime loyal customers that you no longer offer that type of service is ridiculous. If you are looking to hire Pavescapers look elsewhere! They are unprofessional and there is no customer service. STAY AWAY from Pavescapers, hire REAL stone masons to do your hardscaping.

When it was finished it looked great.

Mike and Mark are knowledgable and creative.  I told them I wanted low-maintenance, hearty plants that require little care.  They made suggestions and designed the layout.  I plan on having them return each spring/fall to maintain and add seasonal plants.
