He did not match the units to operate efficiently. He put in a heater that was too small and an A/C that was too large. They did not balance the heating air ducts. I had air ducts moved and instead of closing of the old duct they left it open to blow into nothing-ness. He told me he had been coming to change my filters every 3 months and charging me $85 each visit. I was at work during these supposed visits and I'm not sure if it was ever done, but either way I found out the filters only needed changed every 2 years per the manual for the new unit. He does not do any work for me anymore. I finally called a home energy auditor to access the problem. I specified the home energy efficiency levels I wanted and they were not met. I have warned people about him.

TOM QUINN WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY SCHEDULE. ONE TIME IN THE PAST, HE HELPED ME GET AN EXPENSIVE REPAIR COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
