Paul facilitated getting answers to questions from the seller that we had, coordinated the house inspection and final walk through. While I hope it's along time before we move again, should we relocate in Philly we would definitely work with Paul again.

Paul was so helpful during this process. We met him at a listing for one of his homes, had a great interaction, and decided to move forward in our search with him as our agent. He was AWESOME. He identified houses based on our wants and showed us all that we requested to see. We were nervous about an agent showing us a lot of their own listings. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. It really made us confident that he was working for us and our interests. He was available and responsive during the entire search process. As first time home buyers, making an offer and moving forward with the purchase was stressful and overwhelming. Paul was able to provide guidance and reassurance through all of the bumps and lead into home ownership. We couldn't be happier that we found the perfect house for us and have Paul to thank for this. In short, highly recommended!

Paul represented us when we bought our most recent home. Our search went on for nearly a year, and Paul was very patient. He sent regular e-mail updates with properties that had just hit the MLS and asking if we wanted to see them. He wasn't quite as aggressive as I was in hunting for a good deal, but that's the case with any real estate agent - their incentives are to close deals, not necessarily to get the best price for the parties they represent. All in all, I was very pleased with Paul and would probably use him again as a buyer's agent.
