Sunroom or Patio Enclosure -Repair
I had a great experience with PA Home Services. Bruce had great communication with me the entire process, and kept in touch over phone and text. I had a new kitchen faucet installed and a broken screen door handle repaired. Darrell who performed the work did a great job, in very satisfied with the results.

The job was to replace deck boards and stain new ones, repair railing, and paint it. Replace posts. Contract and deposit made the end of May 2020.. The job took 3+ months to complete! Ripped out our deck, which was usable, before having new boards (which they said were hard to get because of covid) leaving us without a deck for like 2 months They used nails to secure the deck boards, instead of wood/finishing screes. THEY decided to use railing paint over the top of the stand because they did not like the look. There was a different & contractor& that came for each phase....over the 3 months. I would LOVE to know where the pictures on their site are from. My deck looks like CRAP. The guy who demoed the deck left my yard below a total mess! Called the owner, Bruce Cohen, who was a totally unprofessional ASS. And before you try to refute this I clearly had sufficient evidence because the finance company did a chargeback to your company for the balance we owed

Shed, Barn or Playhouse Repair
Replace siding, window and door, and re-shingle roof on a shed. They communicate well at first, but you have to keep after them for action. I have been waiting for 35 days for a response to correct a problem after they reviewed it; work done in November. Found it easier to correct myself. I recommended them once and that job had problems; would not recommend again.

Be careful because he over charges you, he starts the project at a quoted price, he then changes the project to a cheaper version but keeps the higher quote to be paid the same.

High price, smooth talk, doesn't honor contract, money is company's bottom line. Company conducts business on phone, not in person. I advise future customers to make down payment of 1/3 or 1/4 of project total cost. Company miss diagnosed work needed to be done but walked away with $425.00 for a simple, very simple leak. Can I send you original contract?

"The client was friendly, and yes, we found another issue (actually more difficult). I did explain that there were multiple leaks from the drain and a water feed line, we fixed the leaks and charged half price client wanted to pay less. / We do 100 of plumbing jobs like this and charge a lot more. this rating is an unfair rating and anybody can say anything///how can you give a .5 ratting after fixing 2 leaks only charging $425? any other plumber would have charged more"
