Fabulous! The two women arrived carrying all of their equipment. I left the house and they texted me in an hour or so to say they were finished. When I returned, my place was completely clean. Spotless! It looked and smelled wonderful and I didn't have to lift a finger. I would recommend Organic Home to anyone who needs house cleaning services.

It's always a good feeling walking into my place after a cleaning. Everything feels refreshed and detailed. The floors are shining, the stovetop is like new - even the plants seem happy. Additionally, the crew is fantastic! They are on time, every time and bring a great energy with them.

I have used Organic Home for over 7 years. In the past, there has been some inconsistency in the quality due to which cleaners happened to be on staff but lately, the quality and thoroughness has taken a huge leap forward. I am consistently pleasantly surprised about the attention to detail and I have two kids so there are a lot of details (i.e. small toys everywhere)!

Though I have been happy with the service for many months, recently the crew has been consistently late, the work has been subpar, and the scheduling a disaster.

In close to 10 man-hours, the cleaners did a fair-quality sweep, mop, dust and bathroom cleaning for a small (1100 sq foot) house.
However, they were contracted for their 'deep clean' package, which in writing was to include baseboard cleaning, interior window cleaning, oven cleaning and refrigerator clean-out, none of which were done.
They did respond to my complaints and will come back to fix this; however, for the both the original time and cost, and time out of my schedule to address this and arrange for a second round of cleaning, it does not seem worth it to me.
This is a pricey service, takes along time to perform, and very little done for the time and price.

2 cleaning people arrived at the specified time. They were friendly and attentive to my requests. Baseboards and moldings were dusted using a wool duster. All high to reach items were also dusted with a wool duster. Then damp dusting on furniture was completed using a damp cloth sprayed with a water and essential oil mixture that smelled heavenly.
All kitchen surfaces and sink were wiped clean. Dining table & chair seats were wiped. All floors were then swept & collected dust was vacummed up. Our wood floors were damp mopped. Kitchen & bathroom tile floors were wet mopped. Bathroom shower, sink & toilet were sanitized. Rugs were vacuumed. Office desk & printer were wiped with damp cloth. All trash cans were emptied. I asked and they took the trash out & put in can outdoors.
They used all eco-friendly cleaning products which they brought with them as well as all necessary cleaning supplies. They had an Oreck vacuum cleaner, mops, brooms, buckets, terry & linen rags (no paper towels).
They were very friendly and polite. They asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving.
I have continued to have them clean monthly.

The scheduling was easy and professional. The team came right on time, and the three workers asked for a tour before they started. They asked the right questions, and worked quickly and thoroughly. I liked their attention to detail and the lack of harmful chemicals. I mentioned that next time I would like a few other areas attended to, and they were fine with that. I will definitely use them again.

It was great! I left a message for the woman I assume is the owner (Hassan?) and she called me back quickly. She asked what I wanted done, how deep of a cleaning, how long I thought I'd need, etc and we made the appointment. The 2 people who showed up were prompt, called when they were 10 mins away (always appreciated!), & thorough. Best of all upon arrival they asked me to walk them through the house & tell them which things were my priorities. (I had chosen to have them clean for only 2 hours & my place was pretty bad, so I went into it knowing that not everything would be done. Though they surprised me with how much they did!)

From the first visit, Organic Home was a perfect match for our household. The cleaners work hard, are completely tuned-in to the job, and only all natural products are used.
The team of two consistently arrive on time and ready to work. In addition to their regular routine, they notice and take care of details the way I would. They have a gentle touch with our "things" and their attitude is always pleasant.
The cleaning products used are fantastic. My house smells clean and fresh, never perfumy. Every item I've noticed (stove, floors, furniture, etc.) is clean; so I know the products are doing the job.

The two young guys arrived on time with all their tools and cleaning products. They did an overall very good job cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, closets and sweeping the floors.The young guys were very likeable and friendly and seemed to really know what they were doing. When they were done they pointed out a few blemishes that they had been unable to clean and I appreciated that.After they left I saw the main living/dining area had not been swept thoroughly but its not a biggie in the grand scheme of things.
While they were cleaning, I wondered if I should tip the guys. I went onto facebook and asked my friends. I got 20 replies and all said NO and all commented that they thought $80/hour for 2 people was very expensive - most people felt it should be in the $90 range. That is why I gave them a C for price.
Overall however, I would use them again and was very satisfied with their work.
While they were cleaning, I wondered if I should tip the guys. I went onto facebook and asked my friends. The first time they came they did a deep clean- I actually took pictures of the oven and stove and sent them to people because I couldn't believe how good they looked. Now they come once a month and it always looks great when they leave.

The owner is very nice, but the cleaners seemed to have no experience. They spent far too much time in just my one bathroom. It just wasn't worth the money.

I am very fussy when it comes to dust and dirt. I checked every surface after they finished and was pleased to see not a speck of dirt. I would use them again without hesitation. In fact, I intend to do so as soon as I move in.

Excellent work! Two cleaners came and did an outstanding job on a move-in clean on a condo. The two bathrooms were gross and they are now sparkling. Great job on windows, vertical blinds. My hardwood floors now glow! Knowing that they use all natural cleaners makes me feel great, as well. The condo smells great! Cleaners were friendly, extremely professional and efficient. I would recommend Organic Home to anyone. I plan to schedule monthly cleaning service. The $20 coupon was also a nice bonus

We had a wonderful experience all around. They were always very responsive and easy to schedule with. The cleaning was great--wonderful attention to detail, friendly, paid extra attention to areas we requested. Plus, we love that they don't use harmful chemicals (we have small kids) and they gave great recommendations for cleaning products. The organizing consultation (it took us about 3 hours) was amazing. I loved her style--lots of suggestions, not rigidly prescriptive but instead helped us find solutions that fit us. She saw things in our space that we just hadn't seen, and she helped us think about the projects in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming. I'd recommend them without reservations, and we'll definitely use them again.

Amelia was on time and very professional. We called on a Tuesday for a cleaning on Friday and they were able to accomodate us. They did an in depth and thorough job. We asked for our house to be cleaned before we moved in. The previous owners left the house very, very dirty. I did not allot enough time for them to clean everything, so they had to prioritize. But, what they cleaned, they cleaned well. For instance, they took every shelf out of the refrigerator and scrubbed very surface. It looked better than new.
The cleansers that they used were environmentally friendly and cleaned well. The house smelled clean, but did not have an overwhelming "chemical" smell used with traditional cleansers.
We would use this service again and would recommend them highly.
