OLDE CITY TAXI COACH ASSN

When I called the woman who answered the phone was rude from the beginning. She kept getting the address wrong and was acting annoyed with me. I wanted her advice on pick up time given the early time and destination but she just kept repeating the question what time I wanted to be picked up. I scheduled the time for pickup and asked that they call to confirm about 30 minutes prior to pickup. I have been burned before by taxis not arriving and can't take a chance with this trip. She responded with and quot;We don't do wake up calls.and quot; I told her thanks but no thanks and will contact a company with better customer service and professionalism.

Overall the experience was first-rate. They came at the time I ordered them and got me to the airport on time and without fuss. I have no negatives to report. They will try to accomodate even if you call at the last minute or in the middle of the night. The drivers always behave in a professional manner. They also have a picture of their cars on the web site, so you do not have to worry about getting into the wrong car. I will certainly use them again.

They were punctual (even giving me a 5 minute warning before arriving) and professional. Will definitely use again.

This is one of the better Philadelphia cab companies. They are fast and courteous, a hard combination in this industry. One great thing about Olde City cabs is that they are the only cab company I know of that will let you set a time for pick up.
