I called Fortuna due to a water leak. They came out promptly and told me it was the flashing. They quoted a very reasonable price and I okayed the work. Since they were located nearby the work was completed that day. Since I do not live at the house everything was communicated by phone and e mail. About a month later I had water leaking in my closet. They came out promptly and repaired the roof. There was no charge because their work is guaranteed.
