Northeast Glass Co

This is the third time we've used Northeast Glass to install a door and we have been very pleased each time. The company is very professional, pleasant to work with, good communicators, and they do a fantastic job. We had already picked out the doors we wanted so we gave them the info and they ordered the doors for us and then installed them in one day, including touch-up painting. When we're ready to do the windows we'll be giving them a call.

A representative of Northeast Glass came the day after my call to give a free estimate for replacements in both our odd-sized basement windows and two oversized attic windows. I had had two prior estimates which I felt were extremely high, well over what I considered resonable. Northeast's rep. did a quick, thorough check and measurement of the windows involved,  he did not try to  oversell or pressure me in any way. The price quoted was well within the budget amount I had allocated. Contract signed.I expected a 3 to 4 week time interval. Three days later the job foreman came out to confirm the sales rep's measurements and gave me a two week window for work to be completed.
The following week I was called to advise everything was on track, work was done the week after.

The workmanship itself was excellent, but it took a long time and a lot of reschedulings to get the glass installed. Then when they finally brought the glass they had the wrong measurements and the whole thing started over.  That said, the work itself was good and the men who came and did the work were very nice and professional.  The office staff seems rather disorganized, and I still don't understand why the original guy didn't know how to measure the shower.  But if you have the time to wait for a shower door, the workmanship is fine and the price is reasonable.

My experience with Northeast Glass has been nothing but excellent! As I replaced my windows I would replace some of them with non traditional ones. These "non traditional" windows would cost more then the normal replacement windows and this was explained to me in full by Lee of Northeast Glass. But he would also give other options and points to help make the space look awesome! They never skimped on the placement of my windows and the literally reframing of the space! My windows presently look awesome, and ever time I pull up in front of my house I thank Lee and Northeast Glass for the excellent job they provided!

THEY WERE POLITE AND FRIENDLY OVER THE PHONE. THEY DID THE ESTIMATE THE VERY NEXT DAY, AND IT WAS FREE. THEY LEFT THE WRITTEN ESTIMATE IN THE MAILBOX AT MY REQUEST.

THEY WERE QUICK AND COURTEOUS. THEIR WORK WAS IMPECCABLE AND WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
