The technician Curtis was on time calling me to let me know he was on his way at the time agreed on. Wearing his mask he was courteous and professional repairing our range with respect to our house. I would recommend him and use his services again.

Very quick response to my request for service. Arrived within the time that was stated. Quick diagnosis of the problem and just as quick repair. The cost to do the work was very reasonable. The tech who did the work-Curtis-was very affable. Cleanup and gone. Bottom line-IF YOU NEED AN APPLIANCE REPAIR, DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIS PHONE NUMBER.

Curtis was pleasant, honest, and timely! He returned my fast on a Sunday evening. He came out on Monday. Fixed my oven. And was on his way! Very nice to deal with! Iâ m recommending him to family and friends!

Curtis is knowledgeable and personable ... he is a true professional. I had several other companies attempt to repair my Dacor oven range to no avail. Curtis then stepped in and corrected their work and repaired my oven. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very pleased with the work completed by Curtis. My refrigerator was freezing everything in it, not just the freezer part. I had another technician in 2 times who made it worse than it was. Curtis investigated the work that he did and then called Whirlpool to get advice about the solution because the part that the other technician replaced was done correctly. What was wrong, however, the back panel had a sensor that was not connected correctly. Curtis adjusted that and now, after 4 days, the refrigerator is still working properly. Curtis also made 2 minor adjustment on 2 other appliances that I had and also put up a flag brace. I repeat, I am very pleased and would recommend Curtis to anyone else who needs appliance repairs.

Curtis got back to me first thing in the morning after I placed my request. We set an appointment up for that day. He was courteous, knowledge able, honest and gave his visit "that extra polish". He explained what he did and stood by his work. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely call him again and highly recommend him.

Curtis, was available for a same day visit. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I was without a dryer for over 2 weeks due to no shows from other Pros. I contacted Curtis today at 10:58 am and he was able to fit me in his schedule. My dryer has been repaired. Curtis was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank You Curtis for outstanding customer service and genuine concern.

Our dishwasher had broken down on a Sunday so there was no one we could call until Monday. I called this company at 9:15 and he was able to come out to my house around 12. He was very courteous and professional on the phone and resolved our dishwasher issue. I would not hesitate to call again, which we probably will if we ever need any help with our appliances!
