MSB Roofing

All work done to code and on time. Unable to contact office 1/18/16.

Been in contact with company since Sept 11,2015. My roof is still leaking from same place. I sent pictures to MSB whose phone number is a cell Number at least that 's what was told to me by John. Leak is over top of my bed in master bedroom. When it rains water flows right through my ceiling fan. I had to replace one. Now water flowing through new fan.Owner Pat is very professional unlike the young lady I spoke to this afternoon(11/30/15) A Ms. Carin. This young lady was very rude. She didn't show any sympathy that my roof is still leaking.Ms. Carin told me they would call me and I ask her if she had my number, her reply was yes it came up on id and the number she gave me was my home number not the number I called from.  They were supposed to come out again 11/30/15 to fix roof again I waited no one. 
They have been out three times and roof still leaking. Hasn't showed up three times. I have been taking off so I would be there to explain where the leak is. I had called a total of thirteen (13) times since September to now 11/30/2015.I think  three to five text messages and no help. There guarantee states they have to fix roof and no one else. If someone else does it nullifies contract.
Well if they don't fix roof I guess I'll have to live with water in my bed.
I don't know if this will help they also have an Address of 642 Corson Street. Bristol, Pa 19007 same phone number.
Next step I have to contact a Lawyer. 

They had come in and given me an estimate on the roof, on what needed to be done, and after a while I had a problem, so I called them, they said they would be out, and they never came back. I had recently had a boyfriend of a coworker who is a roofer, so he came out to look at the problem, and he took pictures of up there. Nothing that they said they would do was done. I have no idea what they did up there. I didn't go up on the roof to look what they had done. I had a leak again, and there was a piece that fell out, and they came out and said that they would come out before the end of the week, and never came out. That was two months ago. I got estimates, and they gave the best estimate, and I had estimates here from $4000 and everything in between. The price would have been excellent if they did the work. I paid them, they were here for about an hour, and they left. They said they completed the job. Originally they were out here really quick to give an estimate and to do the work.

First, let me say I did not hire this contractor.  I purchased a house where the seller was required to replace the roof and the seller hired MSB.  My experience with them has been in trying to get the leaks fixed.

Roof was installed on October 15th 2013.  Since I closed and took ownership of the house on 1/3/2014 I have called MSB three times about the same leak.  Now yesterday after the heavy rains, not only is my  3rd floor roof leaking but the leak has gone behind the wall and is leaking on the 2nd floor also.

Oh and I've left a number of phone messages to MSB including an email through their website.  As of yet I have not had a return phone call. 

Next up, my attorney.

supposedly this is a new roof with a 15 year guarantee. 

Go else where.  I will continue to make updates and let you know if I get this issue resolved.

Erin & Pat of MSB were very responsive but Erin is very unprofessional.
On our initial job they wanted us to mail in a check - to ensure she got her payment faster i suggested she let me deposit cash directly into their business account which i did that day.
A few days later they came to replace the roof. We deposited the $3000 into their bank account so they could begin work. They were willing to wait for a check but I wanted to pay them right away. While on the roof they noticed we needed other work done for an additional $600. I told them to proceed with the work and we would deposit the other $600 later. My husband and I got out of work too late to make it to the bank (the bank lobby closed at 4PM) so we figured we would make the deposit the next day.
Before i could even get to work they were calling to hound me down about the money. I thought this was tactless and weird especially since the whole time we are the ones who have been making sure they get their money right away vs. them waiting for checks in the mail like they wanted to do.
Then later was another incident when I told Erin i sent her a bank issued check (using my billpay) and it would be there on 2/27, I even sent her a screenshot of the confirmation page - she called me about 2 days or so later with a very accusatory tone and basically I found out she had no idea what billpay was, she thought i sent her a hand written check.. I dont know why she thought this. Needless to say the same day she called me the check was there.
Maybe clients have stiffed them in the past but I thought our track record of paying them well in advance would make them comfortable enough to know we would pay.
I just found all my exchanges with Erin to be tacky. She did text later to apologize but her nasty attitude guaranteed them no additional work on our other properties.

Let me start by saying that these guys are AMAZING. There were 3 gentlemen that did the job and each one was very personable I was very impressed. We got a quote for the job yesterday(12/4) and they showed up today at 10 am and knocked it out in 2 hours. Before asking for payment they asked us to go up and take a look at the work (my boyfriend was working so I got a chance to go up, pretty exciting) And I was very satisfied with what had been done. When it came to payment I misunderstood what Glen had quoted and I gave him too much and Glen notified me of my mistake and returned the overage. My boyfriend and I are redoing the whole house and we have come in contact with some very shady contractors. It is very nice to meet people who enjoy their profession and give great customer service. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough about M.S.B.Roofing.  They were on time, professional and trustworthy.  They replaced my roof, removed all the debris and even did a little leaf blowing for me.
These guys are great and they also gave me a fair price.  Being a woman sometimes you wonder if the people you hire are ripping you off but not with these guys.  Very trustworthy and honest.  Explained everything that I needed and did not need.
I would highly recommend them.  Great job !
