SALES PERSON WAS HELPFUL AND NOT AT ALL ''PUSHY''. HE EXPLAINED THE RELATIVE MERITS AND DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS OF THE VARIOUS VACUUM CLEANER LINES MODERN CARRIES AND HAD IN STOCK. WE LEFT FEELING WE MADE A GOOD PURCHASE AT A FAIR PRICE.

THE VACUUM WAS REPAIRED WITH NEW BELT, LIGHT AND IMPROVED SUCTION. THEY ARE A RELIABLE COMPANY THAT I'VE USED MORE THEN ONCE AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
