They are absolutely horrible. Miss Appliance Services LLC fixed our fridge and fixed our stove, neither of which actually ever got fixed. We ended up replacing them. The grade I want to give them is the absolute worst. That was a warranty. To make their company better in the future, they can answer their phones, they can show up on time and they can actually get things fixed. The best part of my experience was when I didn't have to deal with them anymore. The worst part was calling them in the first place. I would absolutely not use this provider again.
