MIKE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB REPAIRING MY HOME TO GET IT READY FOR SALE. HE TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE, BUT HE WAS ALSO TRYING TO FIT ME IN BETWEEN HIS FULL-TIME JOB & OTHER SIDE PROJECTS.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN TIME ALLOTTED. IT WAS DONE WELL. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT ACCEPTABLE.
