I called the day before about brake issue diagnosed by dealer and mentioned that I didn't want to spend a lot a time at the shop and the helpful staff mentioned they could order the parts that night and have them ready for me the next day in order to save time. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and did just that. I showed up the next day the work was done quickly and with care the price was fair and the mechanic was honest.

I will use them again.

I ended up needing two new tires. He was not able to align everything. I have a very low car and when put up on his lift he couldn't do the work but he did explain where i needed to go and do to get it taken care of. 

They are quick and always work me in. I am happy with what I get for the money I am paying. I like that they are honest and tell me when they cant do something. They seem to have a lot of people who have been using them for years, which is worth something to me to.

I blew out my tire late Friday evening. Early Saturday morning, I drove in and they took me right away. Tire was totally unfixable. Because I had an early dentist appointment, they put on my spare tire and off I went to my appointment. By the time I returned later that afternoon, they had ordered and received the same exact make and model of my tire and put it on in two minutes. This is an honest, independent business in East Falls, Philadelphia, and I encourage people to use and support them. It is apparent that it is run in a trustworthy, competant manner. I will be returning there for any future auto repairs.

It was great! They were more than accommodating and very friendly to work with.

We usually take our car to the dealer, Honda Civic Hybrid, force of habit I guess. But when your AC stops working during a heat wave and they don't have any service appts til next week we decided to look local.
Midvale auto answered the phone promptly every time I called, got me an appt the next day, gave me what proved to be an accurate quote and said they wouldn't charge me for the diagnostic if they couldn't find anything wrong. Everyone was nice and thorough
and the whole thing took about 2 hrs and the cost was $40 less than Main Line Honda was gonna charge. Next time I need anything done to my car I'm going back to Midvale Auto.

I called early this morning and asked if the oil change could be done today. I was told to come down right away and they could fit me in. It would be done in 45 minutes and it was done!
The people are very courtious, helpful and professional. I consider them honest in their work and fairly priced.

We have taken a variety of American and Japanese cars to him over the years for work ranging from a blown headgasket, to a leaking radiator, new tires, struts, shocks, and regular maintenance like oil changes. Every time, without fail, Midvale Automotive delivers lower prices and better quality work than our local Midas or TiresPlus. We can't recommend Midvale Automotive highly enough.
