I hired Renshaw for a total home renovation. Initially he seemed friendly and cooperative. We agreed to a payment schedule. Renshaw was late getting started, pressured me for more money-outside of our agreed upon schedule. He and his crew were always late and frequently did not even show up for days at a time during my home renovation for which he was the general contractor. At one point he refused to continue unless I gave him more money - again outside of our agreed upon payment schedule. The job took almost three times as long as his original estimate. Renshaw damaged the kitchen counter-top and never fixed it. Eventually I had to throw him off the job and have another contractor complete the project.
