THE PLUMBER DID NOT REPLACE A SMALL SECTION OF TILE BEFORE HE INSTALLED THE NEW BATHTUB FAUCETS, WHICH WOULD CAUSE WATER FROM THE SHOWER TO LEAK BEHIND THE REMAINING TILE AND HE DID NOT ANSWER THE QUESTIONS I ASKED DURING THE INSTALLATION. HE CAULKED THE FAUCETS DIRECTLY ON THE FRONT SIDE OF THE TILE, WHEN IN FACT, HE SHOULD HAVE CAULKED THE FAUCETS ON THE TILE BOARD BEHIND THE FAUCETS.
