WE PAID HALF THE JOB, INITIALLY FOR $9000 DOLLARS, AT THE BEGINNING. THE ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION WAS THREE WEEKS. AFTER THE FIRST WEEK, WORK WAS ONLY DONE SPORADICALLY, IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH MIKE (HE HAD FAMILY PROBLEMS.) WE KEPT GETTING PROMISE AFTER PROMISE, TO NO AVAIL. AFTER TWO AND A HALF MONTHS, WE HAD TO BEG TO GET THE JOB DONE AND MOST OF IT WAS DONE IN THE LAST WEEK, SLOPPILY AND HALF-HEARTEDLY, EXCEPT FOR ONE WORKER WHO WAS REALLY GOOD. (WAYNE) THEY NEVER FINISHED ALL OF IT, AND AS A RESULT, MIKE CHARGED US LESS. WE LIVED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CHAOS AND DIRT OF HALF DONE REPAIRS FOR TWO MONTHS, WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE OUR GARAGE OR PATIO AND NEVER KNEW IF IT WOULD ACTUALLY EVER GET DONE.
