I brought my Subaru in for a windshield replacement at Michael's. I scheduled on a Friday for an appointment at their location in NE Philly the following Monday. The service was great- very friendly and helpful. The quality of the work was high. I was also pleased with the price which was lower than other area providers. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

Working with Michael's couldn't have been easier. I brought my Jeep in a few hours after making an appointment. I was in and out within an hour. Great service!

They quoted a super price, came and picked up door and returned in 4 days. They reattached door

They did a very nice job. Gave measurements over the phone, they said it would be ready with in 7-10 business days. Called me after week and let me know it was finished. Picked it up and it looks great.

Called Michael's glass about replacing a glass table top.  They would not send a estimator out, they informed me that I would have to bring the table into their shop.  I brought the table to the shop and the price quoted over the phone increassed by 25%.  I aggreed to the new price and proceed to have the table top replace.  After about a  weeek Michael's glass called  me and informed me that they would not repair the table.  When I went to pick the table up some of the parts to the table were lost. 
Do youself a favor and don't waist your time with Michel's Glass Company.

My contractor recommended Michael's glass for fabrication of a tempered glass shower wall.  When the rep came out to measure and give me an estimate, I asked him about a number of our windows that had popped.  He measured and and gave me a good price the next day.  I subsequently decided we didn't need the glass wall but it had already been fabricated.  We agreed that they would deliver it anyway, I would store it, and they would not charge me for installation.  On the day of the installation for the windows, they arrived promptly, were very professional, and did a fine job installing 10 new windows.  They were clean, quick and competent.  The price was good and I am confident they will stand behind the warranty.  I will absolutely use them again, and would recommend them with no hesitation.

The work was satisfactory. They clean up any debris. I am not sure if the price was the best but it seemed  fair.

Their estimate was very reasonable (from several quotes that I received).  Their communication was great throughout the process, from the first site visit to the installation.  The installers were very professional & considerate of the home.  The glass door looks great and is of exceptional quality.

Took the old mirror to their shop and they made me a new one. Fit great! Quick service!

It was pretty good. The first time they didn't measure it very precisely and had to go and re-do it. They were very nice about it. I just think that they should have done a pretty good job in measuring the first time but other than that they did great.

They visited previous for measurements and with a catalogue of the new doors available. They were very helpful in picking out appropriate doors for our bathroom. They ordered the door [custom size] and kept us abreast of the delivery date. Arrived on time and installation was quick, clean, and very professional. They even came back when my wife wanted to move the towel rack to the inside of the doors and did it no charge. I would recommend this company anyone looking for shower doors.
