Garage Door Service
$1,200
These two brothers came out and scammed me out of $1200 to repair my garage door. They were rude and even started arguing inside my garage in another language. They replaced several parts of my garage including the springs and rollers, sensors, and replaced my remotes. However, they didn't even fix my door and after a week, the door would no longer open. I hired another company to come out and this other company only charged me $200 to fix everything that Metro?s Best Garage Doors. I spoke with this second company and I was told that even with all of the work that Metro's best did, it should have only cost me $500. The worst part, Metro?s Best Garage Doors said "No warranties on parts or labor" and left without cleaning anything up. There were screws and nails all over the place.
