I hired this company to demolish a porch that connected to the rear of my home in order to extend the interior. Mr McNair was recommended by one of my neighbors. He had done work on her property months prior. She said he was efficient and the work was professionally done, he also removed the debris. I called to inquire about the service and explained what I needed done to my home. The next day, I met with Earl. He evaluated the porch, took measurements, then poured the price and that night the contract was sent through emails and I was able to sign it electronically. He estimated that it would be a three day process to completely demolish the porch. He obtained all the permits by the county in order to start the process. Three days later, he arrived an hour early for set up. He laid out signs so that people were aware not to enter the work space. He started at 8 am & completed work that day by 2pm. He removed the debris that was torn down. He kept the signs up until the work was completed and passed the city inspection. The project was actually complete in two days. Inspectors were called to make sure that the work was accurate and no damage was done to the structure. The city passed city inspected said the work was up to code and down with no error. It passed. Earl removed the debris and then accepted the remainder of the payment. I would highly recommend the company for demolition and will hire them for any future projects needed

The company and their workers are very professional, friendly, efficient, fast and does great work. They also clean up after themselves. The cost is very affordable. I have and will continue to recommend this company to family, friends and coworkers as well as other business owners for partnerships.

I hired Earl and his team to dismantle an upstairs balcony and take that room down to just the support wood. They were very careful not to damage any part of the connecting room. They cleaned up after themselves and took all of the garbage with them- they even swept the floor to be sure that. All of the men were respectful. The smiled and said hello if you passed them. No one tried to come further into the house- they only came in as far as what was necessary to their work. I would hire them again and have told all my friends and family about Earl McNair & sons.

McNair and Sons did a wonderful job with our clean-out project. They were prompt, respectful, and thorough. They worked quickly and packed the dumpster tightly, so we got the most for our money. I would definitely hire them again and will refer them to friends and family.

My phone call was promptly returned and the hauling was scheduled for the following day. The gentlemen arrived early and carefully removed the sofa without damaging paint or hardwood floors. Very professional and very polite.

McNair and Sons came to my house early and ready to procie me with an estimate for junk removal. The estimate they provided was better than I expected...I immediately hired them to come back in Saturday...I would highly recommend them! They came early which was really appreciated...their quote was so much better than reasonable; they were very friendly and personable. They took the junk we agreed on and a few other odds and ends...I would recommend these guys and I would use them again.

Well, McNair and Sons, LLC did a better job than what I expected. I was planning on being present during the removal but did not make it. I had an image in my mind that some of the concrete pieces would be left at the site but to my surprise there was nothing. Amazing job! I would hire this company without a second thought.
