Plumbing
Brian sounded quite professional at first. He and his buddies did some work at the house, installing new pipes. When an inspector came, he asked about the new plumbing and requested a permit be pulled. Unfortunately Brian is not licensed and could not pull a permit. I'm not sure, if he had ever any intentions to pull a permit, which could have been done under someone else's license. After 2 days of work, Brian wouldn't show up for work, made excuses and basically disappeared. The job he had done required to be redone again from scratch, because of the bad and faulty work!
