Mazzoni brothers installed my roof 9 years ago. I purchased a roof with a 10 year warranty and this year had several leaks in it specifically in my master bedroom since January. It is now almost May and they have not come to my house to fix any of the issues or replace the faulty roof even though I have a warranty. They seem to busy with commercial work to want to bother with a residential house now. It's a shame because I was going to get new skylights put in, but will be going elsewhere for that. Your better off avoiding a company that can't even call you back or follow up regarding a an issue with there workmanship. No excuse!

This contractor did the work promptly, as agreed, and there are no complaints. He and his people were very clean and removed all debris. I would not hesitate to call him again. The roof (a flat roof) is guaranteed for 10 years.
