Tony and his assistant showed up early every morning and worked steadily all day long. They were neat, cleaning up after themselves, making almost no noise while present. They were always courteous and professional in the way they conducted themselves with us. The most important point that I can make about them is that Tony took his time to consider the space he was working with. He asked me a lot of questions about my wants. Then, he took his time with Rob to construct the basement closet storage for me, using sturdy and attractive products. The end result went beyond my original hopes. Our new wall of basement closets/storage is so beautiful that it looks like it's always been there, and it is attractive enough to be in a master bedroom. I would definitely hire Max Pro again!

The project looked ok, yet the new shower leaked. Anthony installed a bidet wich leaked while we were away and it ruined the kitchen ceiling, walls ans ceiling of another floor below in addition to the hardwood flooring in the kitchen. He did come back to repair it while we went away again, however we returned home last night to find the entire home covered in dust and dirt. This has been an never ending nightmare as the original project was started in July. We have had nothing but problem after problem working with Max Pro and it's unfortunate. We would not reccomend them, as they may do the project, but it may not be good and make a huge mess doing it without any clean up. To me this is wrong.

Tony showed up to give me an estimate on the work within two days of my reaching out to him. He had an invoice for me within 5 working days. He started the work about a week later, unlike some contractors who keep the potential client waiting and dangling. Tony and his assistant showed up for work every day bright and early. They worked quietly and steadily through the day. I'm sure they took a lunch break, but I never saw them do it. It seemed to me that they were always at work! Moreover, the work that they did--building a big basement closet--was of the highest quality. Every detail was carefully worked out by Tony. Every inch of my new closet space was given loving attention. Finally, though they took their time to do the work perfectly, they finished quite quickly. The result is a wall of closets so beautiful that I can't stop going down into the basement to stare at them in awe. Most importantly, Tony and his assistant are always professional and polite. They clean up perfectly after themselves after every day. They were a pleasure to have in the house--my husband and I hardly even knew that they were here! We definitely hope to work with Max Pro and Tony in the future! Superior work!

Max Pro was the most professional contractor I interviewed and hired, and worked out great. Mr. Morales listened to all my concerns and was very helpful in every way. It's hard having workers in your home every day, but this crew was respectful of our home and us. Tony told me, "If it's not what you want, let's do it right and get it done!" No B.S. charges, etc. I told him I'm willing to pay a fair price if the quality met the expectations, yet I didn't want to deal with overpriced quotes as several contractors had. I made the right choice! Tony made sure everything was perfect and we were 100 % satisfied! I have had many bad experiences over the years, and it's good to know there are still honest hardworking people who want to do a good job! We were so pleased that we hired Max Pro to do other much needed projects!

Tony and his team did excellent work and demonstrated that they cared about the quality of their work through their attention to detail. They consistently arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took measures to keep the environment clean. It was a pleasure to work with Max-Pro. I am very happy with my kitchen and will be contracting with them to do another project.

Tony was very professional and extremely meticulous in his craft. He did everything from finished carpentry to window installation to painting. He takes pride in everything he does and the results were great.
