The refrigerant lines VISIBLY leaked in multiple places and the brazings are heavily oxidized, bubbled and warped. The r-410a leaked out and the air conditioning system didn't blow cold air within weeks following installation. The gas switch and other components are still lying disassembled on the floor.
They said that the system needed to run a bit and they would test it again to ensure the proper refrigerant charge. They added that they would be back within 1 or 2 days but never returned. I have called many times, but they have not returned phone messages.
