MARK SINGLETON, WHO IS A MASTER PLUMBER, IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & PERSONABLE. NOT ONLY DID HE ARRIVE ON TIME AS HE PROMISED, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE WAS UNCOVERING THE ISSUES AND DID A NICE, NEAT JOB AND EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. PLUS, I RECEIVED A RECEIPT WHICH DESCRIBED THE SERVICE HE PERFORMED. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM FOR A PLUMBING & HEATING JOB AT MY PARENTS' HOUSE!
