They did a really good job. We were happy with the price and we were very happy with the work. They refinished the floors, sanded and stained them. I've worked with them before and they did a good job. They are even cheaper than anyone else. They've been doing this for a while. They came in and knew what they were doing.

On this (as on a previous job that I hired them for, a couple of years earlier), Mark's crew was cooperative and super-efficient. I wanted them to do the whole job while I was away for a week, and that's what they did. They were flexible around my schedule, moved furniture as necessary and did it right. They agreed to include replacement of a few loose or damaged boards and a couple of stair treads in the price and basically did what had to be done without bugging me about details. The floors look great and the finish has lasted well for three years now. It might seem strange, but what impressed me most was that they asked me if I wanted them to collect and keep the drywall screws that they extracted as they removed the plywood underlayment. I wouldn't have thought of that, but yes, I did and I got a nice bucket of free screws out of it. I like when nothing's wasted.

I was very satisfied with the job and I would certainly use them again. He was very punctual and the job was done in the amount of time he estimated it would be done. I was very pleased with the quality of work done.

They did a nice job, and paid attention to detail. The sanding is even right up to the walls and between the banisters. Though some dust is unavoidable, they cleaned up after themselves pretty well too.
