"I attempted to work with [members name] from August, 2012 through April, 2014. During that time, I was sending her and her husband listings on a daily basis. Whenever I found one that I thought they'd like, I sent it separately, but they NEVER responded to me. I have NEVER limited ANY of my clients to 2 showings at a time; my limit is usually 6, but, for out of town buyers, there is no limit, and I don't understand why she said that. My work with this couple was hampered by the fact that they would look for homes ONLY in West Mt. Airy in a price range that did not exist at that time. I introduced them to some very nice areas of East Mt. Airy, but her husband would not consider those. The last time I showed her a house was on 4/7/13. After that, despite numerous attempts to contact them, I never heard from them again. This is a fictitious and unfair review."
"Member came to Philadelphia 3 times, and I cleared my calendar for her for 2 days each time, showing her well over 30 houses. She put in 2 offers, and opted out of both. After the inspection on the last one, she asked to get out of the deal without asking the Seller to fix anything. I negotiated a deal with the Seller (who really had a time constraint and wanted to move ASAP) for them to do ALL the things requested in the home inspection report, which included removal of a faulty garage and rewiring of the whole house, among other things. The Member told me she had decided not to buy the house and would not change her mind."
